The commune of Champagne-au-Mont-d’Or is currently redeveloping its Place de la Liberté to make the public space more attractive. To make it a comfortable and versatile place all year round whatever the weather, the commune has opted for a custom-made urban pergola to welcome residents on a daily basis and make it easier for market traders to set up shop.
The solution: custom-made urban pergolas
In response to the town council’s request, we designed an innovative covered urban gallery. This totally new structure was designed with great care by our designers, so that it blends in perfectly with the architectural environment of the square.
We have designed this urban shelter to offer two major functions that are essential to local entertainment:
- A high-quality shaded area: creates a very pleasant cool zone. The structure effectively protects users from the local sun.
